Lincoln Parts for Sale
This page lists the Lincoln parts we sell for the Navigator, MKC, MKX, MKS and MKT. Every part shown above can be ordered online, and each product page lists the models, years, engine and OE or interchange number.
Lincoln is Ford's luxury brand, and most Lincoln models are built on Ford platforms with Ford engines. The Navigator shares its chassis with the Ford Expedition, the MKC with the Ford Escape, the MKX with the Ford Edge, and the MKS and MKT with the Ford Taurus and Flex. That is why many of the Lincoln parts here also list Ford models, and why our Ford parts page is worth a look as well.
Below are the parts grouped by system with their specs, common Lincoln repairs, how to check fitment, fitting tips and answers to frequent questions.

Common Lincoln Repairs
Navigator power running boards
The power steps on the Navigator drop down when a door opens and fold away when it closes. Each side has a front and a rear motor. Water and road salt get into the motors and connectors, and a motor that stops working leaves the step stuck up or down. If one step fails and the other works, check the fuse and connector, then the motor. Our front left motor is for the 119 inch wheelbase model, not the long L version. See running boards and side steps.
3.5L and 3.7L V6 oxygen sensors
The V6 engines in the MKX and its Ford relatives use four O2 sensors. An aged sensor turns on the check engine light and can raise fuel use. Replacing all four at once is common on high-mileage engines. See car sensors.
Valve cover leaks on the 3.5L
Oil leaking from the valve covers onto the exhaust gives a burning oil smell. Aluminium covers with fresh gaskets fix the leak and resist warping. See valve covers.
Front suspension on the MKS and MKT
These are heavy cars, and the front lower control arm bushes and ball joints wear. Clunking over bumps, vague steering and uneven tyre wear are the signs. Replacing both arms keeps the car balanced. See control arms.
MKC headlights
A cracked or yellowed headlight, condensation inside the lens or a failed HID unit all call for a new assembly. Our replacement is the front left (driver side on left-hand drive cars) HID unit with LED.
For the history of the brand and its models, see the Lincoln Motor Company article on Wikipedia.
How to Make Sure Lincoln Parts Fit
- Model and year. Lincoln renamed many models around 2017 to 2020. The MKC became the Corsair, the MKX the Nautilus, and the MKT and MKS were dropped. Check the years carefully.
- Engine. Many Lincolns were sold with more than one engine. O2 sensors, valve covers and filters depend on it.
- Wheelbase. The Navigator came in standard and long (L) versions. Running board parts and some body parts differ.
- Headlight type. HID, halogen and LED headlights are not interchangeable without changes to wiring.
- Wheel spacers: confirm your bolt pattern (6x135 mm on these trucks), centre bore and stud thread before ordering.
- OE numbers. Match numbers such as EJ7Z13008G, FL7Z16A507A, 234-5038 and 7M519601AC to your old part.
If you are unsure, send your VIN through our contact page and we will check for you.
Fitting Tips
- Wheel spacers: torque the spacer nuts to the hub and the wheel nuts to the spacer to the specified values, and recheck after the first 50 to 100 km. Hubcentric spacers centre the wheel properly and reduce vibration.
- Headlight: after fitting, have the headlight aim checked so you do not dazzle other drivers.
- Control arms: tighten bushing bolts at ride height and get an alignment afterwards.
- Valve covers: clean the sealing faces and torque the bolts in sequence.
- Running board motor: add dielectric grease to the connector to keep water out.

Lincoln Parts FAQ
Do Ford parts fit Lincoln vehicles?
Many do, because Lincoln models are built on Ford platforms. The Navigator shares many parts with the Expedition, and the MKC with the Escape. Always check the fitment list.
Why does only one Navigator running board work?
Usually a failed motor on the side that does not move, or a corroded connector. Check the fuse first.
What bolt pattern does the Navigator use?
Recent Navigators, Expeditions and F-150s use 6x135 mm (6x5.3 inch), which is what our spacers are made for. Check your vehicle before ordering.
How many O2 sensors does the MKX have?
The V6 versions have four, two upstream and two downstream. Our set includes all four.
Can I fit an HID headlight to a halogen MKC?
Not as a simple swap. The wiring and connectors are different. Replace like with like.
Do you deliver Lincoln parts to my country?
Countries and delivery costs are shown at checkout. See our shipping page.
Lincoln and Ford: Shared Platforms
Lincoln is Ford's luxury brand, and almost every Lincoln shares its platform, engines and many mechanical parts with a Ford model. The Navigator is the luxury version of the Ford Expedition. The MKX and Nautilus are closely related to the Ford Edge. The MKC and Corsair share with the Ford Escape. The MKT and MKS share parts with the Ford Flex and Taurus, and the Aviator shares with the Explorer. This sharing means engines, transmissions, sensors, suspension and brake parts often interchange, while lights, grilles and interior trim are usually Lincoln-specific. In this collection, the O2 sensor set for the Edge, Explorer and MKX and the engine air filter for the Escape, Focus and MKC are good examples. Look at our Ford parts too when you shop for a Lincoln.
EcoBoost Engines
Many Lincoln models from the 2010s use Ford's EcoBoost turbocharged engines, including the 2.0L and 2.3L four-cylinders in the MKC and the 3.5L V6 EcoBoost in the Navigator from 2015. These engines give strong power with good economy, but a few items need attention as they age. Spark plugs on turbocharged engines wear faster and should be changed at the recommended interval. Intercooler pipes, turbo oil and coolant lines, and the PCV system are worth checking. The 3.5L EcoBoost in the Navigator and Expedition uses aluminium valve covers that can crack or leak; our 3.5L EcoBoost valve cover set with gaskets fits the 2015-2017 Navigator along with the Expedition, F-150 and Transit.
Navigator Power Running Boards
The Navigator's power-deployable running boards are a much-loved feature, but the motors can fail, especially in areas where roads are salted in winter. When one side stops working, the board may stay down or stay tucked away. Our left front running board motor FL7Z16A507A fits the 2015-2017 Navigator and Expedition with the 119-inch wheelbase. The long-wheelbase Navigator L uses a different part. Rinse the hinge mechanisms regularly in winter to help the motors last. See our running boards and side steps for more advice.
Wheel Spacers for Navigator and Expedition
Some owners fit wheel spacers to push the wheels out for a wider stance or to clear larger brakes or tyres. Our 2-inch 6x5.3 wheel spacers are hub-centric and fit the Navigator, Expedition and F-150. Torque the spacer nuts and the wheel nuts to specification, and recheck them after the first 100 km. Spacers change the steering feel and add load on the wheel bearings, so use quality parts and check the bearings regularly.
Suspension on the MKS and MKT
The MKS sedan and MKT crossover are heavy, comfortable vehicles. Their front lower control arms carry a lot of load, and the bushings and ball joints wear over time. Symptoms include clunks over bumps, vague steering and uneven front tyre wear. Our front lower control arm kit for the 2009-2012 MKS and MKT replaces both sides. Get a wheel alignment after fitting.
Lincoln Headlights
Lincoln headlights are model-specific and often include HID or LED light sources, adaptive features and distinctive light signatures. When replacing one, match the light source, any adaptive features and the connector. Our Lincoln MKC front left HID headlight with LED fits 2015-2018 models. Check the OE number on your headlight and confirm whether your car has the HID option before ordering.
Brakes
Many Lincoln models share brake parts with the matching Ford. When pads squeal, the pedal feels soft, or you feel a pulse through the pedal, inspect the pads and rotors. Our ceramic brake pad set for Ford and Lincoln models is a quiet, low-dust option. Check the pad shape and part number against your vehicle. Replace pads in axle sets and bed them in gently.
Using Your VIN
Ford and Lincoln parts catalogues rely heavily on build details such as engine, drive type and option packages. Your VIN identifies these, so if in doubt, send it to us with your old part number through the request a part page.
The Lincoln Navigator Through the Years
The Navigator arrived for the 1998 model year as one of the first full-size luxury SUVs, built on the same platform as the Ford Expedition. Early generations used Ford's 5.4L V8. From the 2015 model year, the Navigator switched to the 3.5L EcoBoost twin-turbo V6, which gave more power and torque. A fully redesigned Navigator arrived for 2018 with an aluminium body, and the long-wheelbase Navigator L sits alongside the standard model. Because the Navigator and Expedition share so much, owners can often use Expedition parts for mechanical repairs, but the Navigator's lights, grille, trim and some electronics are unique.
Lincoln Crossovers: MKC, MKX, Nautilus and Corsair
Lincoln's crossovers have been among its best sellers. The MKC, sold from the 2015 model year, shared its platform with the Ford Escape and used 2.0L and 2.3L EcoBoost engines; it was replaced by the Corsair. The MKX, related to the Ford Edge, was replaced by the Nautilus. These vehicles share engines, filters, sensors and many suspension parts with their Ford relatives. Our engine air filter for the Escape, Focus and MKC is an easy service item, and the O2 sensor set for the Edge, Explorer and MKX covers the 3.5L and 3.7L V6.
Lincoln Sedans: Town Car, LS, MKZ and Continental
The Town Car was a body-on-frame rear-wheel-drive sedan built until 2011 and was a favourite with livery fleets for its durability. The LS was a rear-wheel-drive sports sedan from 2000 to 2006, sharing its platform with the Jaguar S-Type; our heater control valve for the Jaguar S-Type and Lincoln LS shows that link. The MKZ, related to the Ford Fusion, was a front-drive and all-wheel-drive sedan with a hybrid option. The Continental returned for the 2017 model year. Each shares parts with its Ford relative.
Air Suspension on Older Lincolns
Many older Lincolns, including some Town Cars, Navigators and Mark VIIIs, used rear air suspension. As with other air systems, the rubber air springs age and leak, the compressor works harder and the rear sags. Repair options include new air springs or a coil conversion, depending on the vehicle. Check the system before buying parts: a leaking line or a failed height sensor can look like a failed air spring. See our shocks, struts and coilovers for suspension parts.
Maintaining EcoBoost Engines
- Use the oil grade and specification Ford recommends, and change it on time; turbos rely on clean oil.
- Replace spark plugs at the recommended interval, since turbocharged engines are harder on plugs.
- Check the intercooler pipes and couplers for oil, cracks or leaks.
- Let the engine idle for a short time after hard driving or towing, so the turbos cool down.
- Watch for coolant loss, which should always be investigated quickly.

Livery and Fleet Use
The Town Car, MKT and Navigator were widely used for limousine and executive car services. Fleet vehicles cover high mileages quickly, so brakes, suspension parts, wheel bearings, HVAC blower motors and door hardware wear faster than on private cars. If you run Lincoln fleet vehicles, keep a stock of common service parts, and contact us for multiple-unit orders through our contact page.
Luxury Features That Need Care
Lincolns often have power running boards, power liftgates, ventilated seats, adaptive headlights and air suspension. These features add comfort but also more parts that can wear. When something stops working, check the fuse and connector first, then the part itself.
Lincoln Heating and Cooling Systems
Lincolns offer comfort features like dual or tri-zone climate control, heated and cooled seats, and powerful rear air conditioning on the Navigator and Aviator. When the air conditioning blows warm, the cause may be low refrigerant from a leak, a failed compressor or clutch, a faulty blend door actuator, or an electrical fault. A clicking noise from behind the dashboard often points to a failed blend door actuator. If the blower works only on certain speeds, the blower motor resistor may have failed. Diagnose the cause before buying parts, and use a qualified technician for refrigerant work, since handling refrigerant is regulated in many places. Browse AC and HVAC parts for components.
Lincoln Steering and Suspension
Lincolns prioritise a smooth, quiet ride, which makes worn suspension parts more noticeable. Clunks over bumps, a wandering feel on the highway, or uneven tyre wear point to worn control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends or sway bar links. On the Navigator and other heavy models, the front suspension carries a lot of weight. Replacing worn parts and getting a proper alignment brings back the composed ride Lincolns are known for. See our control arms, ball joints and sway bars and steering collections.
Ordering for an Older Lincoln
For older models like the Town Car and early Navigator, parts may be harder to find from dealers. Many mechanical parts are shared with Ford models, such as the Crown Victoria and Grand Marquis for the Town Car. Search by part number to find matching parts across both brands.
Lincoln Parts Ordering Checklist
