Chrysler Parts for Sale
This page collects the Chrysler parts we sell. It covers the Chrysler 300, the Town and Country minivan, the Aspen SUV and the PT Cruiser, along with the Dodge, Jeep and Ram models that share the same engines and platforms. You can order every part above online, and each product page lists the exact models, years, engine and OE number it was made for.
Chrysler shares a lot of parts with Dodge, Jeep and Ram. The 300 is built on the same platform as the Dodge Charger, Challenger and Magnum. The Town and Country shares most of its parts with the Dodge Grand Caravan. The Aspen is a close relative of the Dodge Durango. That is why many of the Chrysler parts on this page also list Dodge and Jeep models, and why it is worth checking the Dodge parts, Jeep parts and Ram truck parts pages too.
Below you will find the parts grouped by system, with their key specs, then a guide to common repairs on these vehicles, how to make sure a part fits, and answers to frequently asked questions.

Common Repairs on Chrysler Vehicles
Chrysler 300
The 300 is a heavy rear-wheel or all-wheel drive sedan, and that weight is hard on the rear suspension. Worn rear control arm bushes cause clunks over bumps, a loose feel at the rear and uneven tyre wear. Replacing all the rear arms at once with a kit like ours is often quicker than chasing each worn bush one at a time. On the 3.6L V6, the A/C compressor and clutch are wear items, and a compressor that makes noise or stops engaging is a common reason the air turns warm. Air filters are cheap and quick to change and keep the engine breathing properly. See our engine air filters and A/C compressors for more.
Chrysler Town and Country
Family minivans lead a hard life, and power doors and liftgates get used many times a day. When the liftgate or sliding door stops locking or releasing electrically, the actuator is a common cause. Our rear lock actuator with motor matches the 2008-2017 models. These vans also benefit from regular air filter changes, because the cabin and engine both draw air through filters that clog on dusty roads.
Chrysler Aspen
The Aspen shares its brakes, chassis and 4.7L V8 with the Dodge Durango and the Ram 1500 of the same era. It is a heavy SUV that is often used for towing, so brakes wear quickly. A complete front and rear kit with rotors and ceramic pads restores braking in one job. The 4.7L engine can leak oil from the valve cover gaskets, and a warped or cracked cover is best replaced rather than resealed.
Chrysler PT Cruiser
Many PT Cruisers are now well over a decade old, and the starter motor is a common failure. Signs include a single click when you turn the key, slow cranking or a grinding noise. Our 1.2 kW, 9-tooth starter replaces the unit on the 2.4L engine.
For background on the brand and its models, the Chrysler article on Wikipedia lists the full model history.
How to Make Sure Chrysler Parts Fit
- Model and year. Chrysler model generations changed in 2011 for the 300 and Town and Country, so a part for a 2005-2010 car may not fit a 2011 or later one.
- Engine. The 300 came with a 2.7L V6, 3.5L V6, 3.6L V6 and HEMI V8s. Starters, A/C compressors, valve covers and filters depend on the engine. You can find the engine code on the VIN (the eighth character) or on a label under the bonnet.
- Drive type. Rear-wheel and all-wheel drive 300s use different front suspension and some different brake parts.
- Brake package. Some vehicles were sold with larger brakes on performance or towing packages. Measure your rotor diameter, or check the number on the old rotor, against the 13.2 inch front and 13.9 inch rear rotors in our kit.
- OE numbers. Match numbers like 4589581AE, 68045330AC and 4861746AA to your old part or parts catalogue.
If you are not sure, send your VIN through our contact page and we will confirm before you order.
Tips When Fitting These Chrysler Parts
- Control arms: tighten the bush bolts with the car sitting at normal ride height, not hanging on a lift. Tightening them with the suspension hanging twists the rubber and shortens its life. Get an alignment afterwards.
- Brake kit: clean the hub faces so the new rotors sit flat, and bed in the pads with a series of moderate stops before heavy braking.
- A/C compressor: the system must be evacuated by a professional before removal and recharged after. Replace the receiver drier or accumulator and the orifice tube or expansion valve at the same time, and add the correct oil.
- Starter: disconnect the battery first. Check the battery and cables before blaming the starter, because a weak battery gives similar symptoms.
- Valve cover: torque the bolts in the correct pattern, in stages, to avoid warping the new cover.

Chrysler Parts FAQ
Do Dodge parts fit Chrysler vehicles?
Often, yes. The 300 shares many parts with the Charger, Challenger and Magnum, the Town and Country with the Grand Caravan, and the Aspen with the Durango. Always check the fitment list on the product page.
Which engine does my Chrysler 300 have?
Check the eighth character of the VIN, your registration document, or the engine cover. The 2.7L, 3.5L, 3.6L and HEMI V8 all use different engine parts.
How do I know my PT Cruiser starter is bad?
A single click with no cranking, slow cranking with a good battery, or grinding when starting are common signs. Test the battery and cables first.
Why does my Town and Country liftgate not unlock?
A failed rear lock actuator is a common cause. Check the fuse and connector, then replace the actuator if it does not respond.
Should I replace all rear control arms on my 300 at once?
On high-mileage cars it usually makes sense, because the bushes all age together. A full kit saves labour and gives an even feel.
Do you deliver Chrysler parts to my country?

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram: Shared Parts
Chrysler vehicles have long shared engines, transmissions, electrical parts and many body components with Dodge, Jeep and Ram models built by the same group. A Chrysler 300, for example, shares its platform with the Dodge Charger, Challenger and Magnum, and the Chrysler Town and Country minivan is closely related to the Dodge Grand Caravan. That sharing is good news when you need parts, because a part listed for a Dodge or Jeep often fits the matching Chrysler too. It is why the rear control arm kit in this collection covers the Chrysler 300 alongside the Charger, Challenger and Magnum, and why the liftgate lock actuator 4589581AE fits the Town and Country, Grand Caravan, Grand Cherokee and Durango. Always confirm the exact model, year and engine before ordering, but do look at our Dodge parts, Jeep parts and Ram parts if you cannot find something here.
The Engines You Are Most Likely to Work On
Many Chrysler vehicles from the last two decades use one of a small group of engines. The 2.4L four-cylinder powered the PT Cruiser, Sebring and other compact models. The 3.6L Pentastar V6 arrived in 2011 and became the main V6 across Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram products, including the 300, Town and Country, Pacifica, Charger, Durango and Grand Cherokee. The 5.7L HEMI V8 appears in the 300C and many Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. Earlier trucks and SUVs used the 4.7L V8. Knowing your engine is the first step to ordering the right part, especially for ignition, cooling and AC components. Our 3.6L Pentastar AC compressor with clutch and 4.7L right valve cover are listed by engine for that reason.
Minivan Care: Town and Country and Pacifica
Chrysler minivans work hard as family vehicles, and a few parts wear out more often on them than on cars. The power sliding doors and liftgate use motors, cables, latches and lock actuators that get heavy use. Engine air filters and cabin air filters clog quickly in dusty conditions and when the vehicle is used for many short trips. Brakes wear faster because the vans are heavy when full of passengers and luggage. Replace the engine air filter at the interval in your owner's manual, or sooner in dusty areas; our Town and Country and Grand Caravan air filter is a direct replacement.
Chrysler 300 Care
The rear-wheel-drive Chrysler 300 is comfortable and heavy, which puts load on the rear suspension. Over time the rear control arm bushings wear, leading to clunks, wandering at speed and uneven tyre wear. Replacing the arms as a set restores the handling. The front suspension, brakes and the cooling system are also worth checking on older cars. For the V6 and HEMI models from 2011 to 2023, our Chrysler 300 engine air filter is an easy service item to keep on hand.
The PT Cruiser
The PT Cruiser was built from the 2001 to the 2010 model year and is still a common sight. Most use the 2.4L four-cylinder, with a turbocharged version on some models. Common repairs include the starter, front suspension parts, engine mounts and cooling system parts. Our PT Cruiser 2.4L starter is a direct replacement for 2003-2010 models. If the car clicks but will not crank, test the battery and clean the cables first, since a weak connection gives the same symptom as a failing starter.
Door Handles and Locks
Exterior door handles on the 300 and Magnum can break at the pivot after years of use, especially in cold weather. Our Chrysler 300 and Dodge Magnum front left exterior door handle is a direct replacement for 2005-2010 models. If the handle moves but the door will not open, the handle rod or the latch may be the problem rather than the handle itself. For locks, actuators and latches across many brands, see door locks, handles and actuators.
Using Your VIN
Chrysler vehicles often had several options for the same model year, such as different brake sizes, suspension packages and engine choices. The 10th character of your VIN shows the model year, and the 8th character usually identifies the engine. If you are unsure which part you need, send us your VIN and the part number from your old part through our request a part page, and we will help you check.
Brakes for Heavy Chrysler Vehicles
Larger Chrysler SUVs like the Aspen, built alongside the Dodge Durango, are heavy and tow often, so brakes wear quickly. Our front and rear brake kit for the Aspen, Durango and Ram 1500 replaces the pads and rotors on both axles. Bed in new pads with several moderate stops before towing or heavy braking.
The 3.6L Pentastar V6: What Owners Should Know
The Pentastar V6 is one of the most widely used engines in the Chrysler group, found in the 300, Pacifica, Town and Country, Voyager and many Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. It is generally durable, but a few items are worth knowing about. The oil filter housing and oil cooler, which sit in the valley of the engine, can develop leaks with age; oil or coolant dripping at the back of the engine is a sign. Some early engines had cylinder head valvetrain issues that showed as a ticking noise and a misfire. Keeping up with oil changes using the correct grade helps the engine's variable valve timing and rocker arms. When the AC stops blowing cold, the compressor, the clutch or a leak in the system may be the cause; our Pentastar AC compressor with clutch fits many vehicles with this engine.
The 4.7L V8
The 4.7L V8 powered many Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep trucks and SUVs in the 2000s, including the Chrysler Aspen. It is known as a strong, simple engine, but it does not tolerate overheating or neglected oil changes well. Valve cover gaskets and the valve covers themselves can leak oil onto the exhaust, which causes a burning smell. Our 4.7L right valve cover 53022138AB replaces a cracked or warped cover.
Rear Suspension on the 300
The rear suspension on the Chrysler 300 uses several arms per side. When the bushings wear, the car may clunk over bumps, feel loose when changing lanes, or wear the rear tyres on the inside edge. Replacing all the arms at once with a kit gives the best result and saves repeated alignment costs.
More Questions About Chrysler Parts
Do Dodge parts fit my Chrysler?
Often, because many Chrysler and Dodge models share platforms. Check the fitment for your exact model, year and engine.
How do I find my engine size?
Check the engine cover, the owner's manual or the 8th character of the VIN, which identifies the engine on most Chrysler vehicles.
Why is my Chrysler 300 door handle stiff?
The handle pivot or the latch may need lubricating, or the handle may be cracked. If the handle is broken, replace it.
What does the liftgate lock actuator do?
It locks and unlocks the rear liftgate electrically. When it fails, the liftgate may not open from the key fob or the outside handle.
Do you sell parts for the Chrysler Pacifica?
We list parts as we source them, and many Pentastar engine parts fit the Pacifica. Send us your part number if you cannot find what you need.

Chrysler Electrical Tips
Many Chrysler vehicles use a TIPM or similar power distribution module that controls fuses and relays. Some electrical faults, such as a fuel pump that will not run, a horn that sounds on its own or a starter that does not engage, can trace back to this module. Before replacing a starter or pump, check the fuses and relays and have the system scanned for codes.
Chrysler 300 Headlights and Trim
The Chrysler 300 has used several headlight designs across its life, including halogen and HID versions and an updated look from the 2011 model year. If you need lighting, check whether your car has halogen or HID headlights, and whether it has the automatic levelling or adaptive features some trims include. Exterior trim, grilles and badges also changed with updates and trim packages, so compare your car with the product photos.
Rust and Corrosion on Older Chryslers
In areas that use road salt, older Chrysler vehicles can rust on the rear wheel arches, sills, subframes and brake lines. Inspect these areas regularly, wash the underside after winter, and treat rust early. Brake lines in particular should be checked at every service, because a corroded line can fail without warning.
Ordering Help
If you are not sure which part fits your Chrysler, send us the part number from your old part and your VIN through our request a part page.
Chrysler Brakes and Suspension Checks
Heavier Chrysler models such as the 300, Pacifica and Aspen work their brakes and suspension hard. At every oil change, look at the brake pad thickness, check the rotors for grooves or a lip at the edge, and inspect the front and rear suspension bushings for cracks. Listen for knocks over speed bumps and feel for vibration through the steering wheel under braking. Catching worn parts early keeps repair costs down and the car driving safely.
Every Chrysler part on this page lists its fitment and, where available, the OE number, so you can compare it with the part on your vehicle before you order. We deliver to many countries, and delivery options appear at checkout.
