Collection: Floor Mats & Liners

Floor Mats and Liners for Sale

This page lists the floor mats and liners we sell. They are all-weather, made from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), and moulded to the floor shape of specific trucks and SUVs, so they cover the carpet from the door sill to the pedals and up the sides. You can order any set shown above online, and each product page gives the vehicle, cab type, years and which rows are included.

The current range is for popular pickups and 4x4s: the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra CrewMax, the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco 4-door and the 2022 and later Jeep Gladiator JT 4-door. These are vehicles that see mud, snow, sand, beach trips and work boots, which is exactly where moulded liners earn their keep.

Below you will find each set with its details, the difference between floor mats and floor liners, why TPE is a good material for them, how to check fitment, how to install and clean them, and answers to questions we often get.

Floor Mats vs Floor Liners

The words get used interchangeably, but there is a difference.

Floor mats are flat or slightly shaped pieces that sit on top of the carpet. They protect the main footwell area and are easy to lift out. Carpet mats look smart but soak up water and mud.

Floor liners are moulded in three dimensions to follow the exact shape of the floor, including the sides of the footwell, the area around the pedals and often the door sill. They have raised edges that hold water, snow melt and spilt drinks inside the liner so it never reaches the carpet. They are made for one vehicle and one cab type.

All of the products here are moulded TPE with raised edges, so they work like liners even where the title says mats.

Why TPE Is Used for All-Weather Floor Mats and Liners

TPE stands for thermoplastic elastomer. It combines the flexibility of rubber with the mouldability of plastic. If you want the technical side, the thermoplastic elastomer article on Wikipedia explains the material.

For floor mats and liners, it has some practical advantages:

  • Stays flexible in the cold. TPE does not go hard and crack the way some cheap PVC mats do in freezing weather, and it does not go soft and sticky in heat.
  • Light. It is lighter than heavy rubber, so liners are easy to take out and shake off.
  • Low odour. Good TPE has little or no smell, even in a hot cabin.
  • Waterproof and easy to clean. Mud and sand rinse off with a hose.
  • Grip. The surface is textured so your feet do not slip, and the underside has a grip pattern to stop the liner sliding.
  • Recyclable. TPE can be melted and reprocessed, unlike some rubber compounds.

How to Check Floor Mats and Liners Fit

  1. Exact model and generation. The 2024 Tacoma is a new design, so liners for 2016-2023 trucks will not fit, and the other way round.
  2. Cab type. Pickup trucks come in several cab sizes. Our Tundra liners are for the CrewMax only, not the Double Cab. Our Bronco and Gladiator sets are for 4-door models.
  3. Rows included. Some sets cover front and second row, others front only. Check the product page.
  4. Floor features. Some trims have different centre console shapes, rear under-seat storage or a different shape on hybrids. If your trim is unusual, ask us.
  5. Retention clips. Many trucks have factory hooks or posts in the floor to hold the driver's mat in place. Moulded liners are made to work with these. Always use them.

Installing Floor Mats and Liners

  1. Remove any old mats from the vehicle. Never stack a new liner on top of an old mat.
  2. Vacuum the carpet so the liner sits flat.
  3. If the liners have been folded in the box, leave them in a warm place or in the sun for a while so they relax back to shape.
  4. Place the driver liner first. Line up the holes with the factory retention hooks and press them in until they lock.
  5. Check the pedals move freely through their full travel, including full throttle and full brake. Nothing should touch the pedals.
  6. Fit the passenger and rear liners.

The pedal check matters. A mat that slides forward or rides up can trap an accelerator pedal. That is why the driver side should always be held by the factory clips, and why you should never use two mats on top of each other.

Cleaning and Care

  • Take the liners out, shake off loose dirt and rinse with a hose.
  • For stuck-on mud, use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush.
  • Dry them before refitting so moisture is not trapped under them.
  • Avoid silicone dressings or tyre shine on the top surface. They make liners slippery, which is dangerous on the driver's side.
  • Do not use harsh solvents or petrol-based cleaners, which can damage the surface.
  • Check the carpet under the liners now and then, especially in winter, and let it dry out if any water has got under.

Who Benefits Most from All-Weather Liners

If you work outdoors, live where it snows, drive on dirt roads, go to the beach, have kids or carry dogs, liners pay for themselves by keeping the carpet clean. Carpet that stays wet can smell, grow mould and rust the floor pan from underneath. Liners also protect resale value, because a clean original carpet makes a used truck easier to sell.

Floor Mats and Liners FAQ

Will these liners fit a different cab size?

No. They are moulded for the exact cab listed, such as the Tundra CrewMax. Other cabs have different floor lengths.

Do TPE floor liners smell?

Good TPE has very little smell. A slight new-product smell can be present when you first open the box and fades quickly with airing.

Are all-weather liners slippery when wet?

The top surface is textured to give grip. Avoid shiny dressings, which make any mat slippery.

Can I put floor liners on top of my carpet mats?

No. Remove the old mats first. Stacking mats can let them slide and interfere with the pedals.

How do I clean TPE floor liners?

Rinse with water and wash with mild soap and a soft brush. Let them dry before refitting.

Why does my liner look warped out of the box?

Packing can bend them. Leave them somewhere warm for a while and they will usually relax to the moulded shape.

Do you deliver floor mats and liners to my country?

Some sets have delivery limits. The checkout will show what can be delivered to your address. See our shipping page too.

Custom-Fit vs Universal Floor Mats

Universal floor mats are cut to a general shape and trimmed to fit many vehicles. They are cheap and easy to swap between cars, but they leave gaps at the edges, slide around and can bunch under the pedals. Custom-fit floor mats and floor liners are moulded to the exact floor shape of one vehicle model and cab style. They follow the curves of the footwell, wrap up the sides, cover the transmission tunnel and lock onto the factory retention hooks. Every mat in this collection is a custom-fit design for a specific vehicle: the Jeep Gladiator JT 4-door, the 2024 Toyota Tacoma, the 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra CrewMax and the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco 4-door.

Cab Style, Seating and Year Matter

Within one model, the floor shape can change between cab styles, seat layouts and model years. A Tundra CrewMax has a different rear floor from a Double Cab. A truck with a front bench seat may have a different front floor from one with bucket seats and a centre console. Some years change the position of the retention hooks or add rear under-seat storage. Before ordering, confirm your exact year, cab style and seating layout, and compare them with the fitment listed on the product page. If you are not sure, look at your current factory mats; they often have a part number printed on the underside.

Why Retention Hooks Are a Safety Feature

A floor mat that slides forward can trap the accelerator or brake pedal. That is why most vehicles have retention hooks or posts in the driver's footwell. Custom floor liners have holes or clips that line up with these hooks. Always fit the mat so it locks onto the hooks, never stack a new mat on top of an old one, and check after fitting that both pedals travel fully without touching the mat. Never use a passenger mat in the driver's footwell.

Rain, Snow, Mud and Sand

All-weather mats earn their keep in bad weather. Raised outer edges hold melting snow and rain so it does not soak the carpet. Deep channels trap water, grit and road salt in the mat until you empty it. On work trucks and off-road vehicles, liners stop mud and sand grinding into the carpet. Salt water in particular damages carpet and can reach the floor pan, causing rust over time, so a liner is a cheap way to protect the floor in winter climates. Pair your mats with the rest of our winter car accessories for the cold months.

Rear Floor and Cargo Coverage

Front mats take the most wear, but rear mats matter if you carry passengers, children or dogs. A one-piece rear liner that covers the full width of the floor is easier to clean than two separate rear mats and stops dirt falling into the gap in the middle. Pet owners should also look at our pet car accessories, including seat covers and hammocks that protect the seat as well as the floor.

Smell, Heat and Cold

New TPE mats may have a faint rubber smell for a few days after unpacking. Leaving them in a warm, airy place for a day before fitting helps. TPE stays flexible in cold weather and does not crack like some hard plastics, but it can soften slightly in strong summer heat. If a mat arrives folded, let it rest flat in a warm room so it relaxes back to its moulded shape before you fit it.

Cleaning Routine

  • Take the mats out of the vehicle before cleaning, so water does not run onto the carpet.
  • Shake or knock off loose dirt, then rinse with a hose.
  • Scrub with warm water and a mild soap or car shampoo using a soft brush.
  • Avoid tyre shine, silicone dressings or oily cleaners on the driver's mat, because they make it slippery under your shoes.
  • Let the mats dry fully before refitting them onto the hooks.

Protecting Resale Value

Stained or worn carpet lowers the value of a vehicle and is expensive to replace, especially on trucks with one-piece moulded carpet. Fitting liners from new, or as soon as you buy a used vehicle, keeps the original carpet clean. When you sell, you can include the liners as a plus, or move them to your next vehicle if it is the same model. Mats for Work Trucks and Daily Drivers

How you use your vehicle should guide your choice of floor mats. On a work truck that sees muddy boots, tools and job sites every day, a deep-walled floor liner that covers as much of the floor as possible is the best protection. On a family SUV, mats that are easy to remove and clean matter most, because spilled drinks, food crumbs and sand get everywhere. On an off-road vehicle like a Wrangler, Gladiator or Bronco, liners with drain-friendly channels and high edges handle water and mud from trails. Our Gladiator JT and Bronco mats suit that kind of use.

Front Row, Second Row and Third Row

Most floor mat sets cover the front row and the second row. Some vehicles also need a third-row mat or a cargo liner. Check what is included in each set before ordering, and consider whether you need extra coverage. On trucks like the Tundra CrewMax, the rear floor is large and flat, so a one-piece rear liner covers it completely.

Matching Mats to Floor Changes Within a Model

Manufacturers change floors during a model's life more often than people expect. A mid-cycle update can move the retention hooks, change the shape of the transmission tunnel, or add a rear under-seat storage tray. That is why mats are often listed for a narrow range of years. If you are not sure which version you have, compare your floor with the product photos, paying attention to the hook locations and the shape around the pedals.

Signs Your Mats Need Replacing

  • The retention holes have torn, so the mat no longer locks onto the hooks.
  • The heel area under the driver's feet is worn through.
  • The mat has curled or shrunk and no longer lies flat.
  • The surface has become slippery after years of wear.
  • Water gets under the mat because the raised edge has flattened.

More Questions About Floor Mats and Liners

Are TPE mats safe for my carpet?

Yes. TPE is odour-low and does not usually stain carpet. Make sure the underside is clean and dry when fitting to avoid trapping moisture.

Can I put floor mats in a washing machine?

No. Clean TPE mats with water, mild soap and a brush, then let them dry.

Will these mats fit a different cab style?

No. Mats are shaped for a specific cab and seating layout. Check the fitment carefully.

Do floor liners make the cabin louder?

Not noticeably. The factory carpet and insulation underneath still do the sound-deadening work.

Do I remove the factory mats first?

Yes. Never stack mats, because the extra thickness can interfere with the pedals.

Floor Mats for Popular Trucks and Off-Roaders

Our floor mat range focuses on vehicles that see a lot of mud, snow and work. The Toyota Tundra CrewMax from 2022 has a large cab with a flat rear floor, so a full-width rear liner protects the whole area. The 2024 Toyota Tacoma is a new generation with a new floor shape, so mats from earlier Tacomas will not fit. The Jeep Gladiator JT and Ford Bronco 4-door are built for off-roading and often have removable roofs and doors, which means rain and dust can reach the floor; deep-edged TPE liners handle that well. Because each of these vehicles has several cab, seat and year variations, check the fitment on each product page.

Cargo Area Protection

Floor mats protect the cabin, but the cargo area or truck bed takes a beating too. Consider a cargo liner for SUVs and a bed mat or liner for pickups, especially if you carry tools, firewood, sports gear or dogs. A rubber or TPE cargo liner with a raised lip keeps spills and mud contained and is easy to hose out.

Gifts for Truck and SUV Owners

Custom floor mats make a practical gift for someone with a new truck or SUV. Make sure you know the exact model, year and cab style before ordering, and keep the packaging in case the fit is not right.

Laser-Measured and Moulded Fit

Many custom-fit floor liners are designed from precise measurements of the vehicle floor, so the liner follows every contour of the footwell. This close fit is what stops water and dirt slipping underneath and keeps the liner from moving. When you first fit a new liner, it may sit slightly proud in places until it relaxes into the shape of the floor, especially in cold weather. Leave it in the vehicle for a few days, ideally in warm sun, and it will settle. If any area still lifts, check that nothing is trapped underneath and that the liner is on the correct side of the vehicle.

Mats and Heated Seats or Pedals

Floor liners do not interfere with heated seats, but always check that the driver's mat does not touch the pedals, especially in vehicles with adjustable pedals or a pedal box that sits low. After fitting, press each pedal fully to confirm it moves freely.

If you are not sure which floor mats fit, send us your vehicle model, year, cab style and seating layout through our request a part page, and we will confirm the right set.

Every floor mat set on this page lists the vehicle, years and cab style it fits, so you can check before you order.
