Fitting the Chevy Bel Air power brake booster

Bench bleed the master cylinder first, mount the booster and bracket, then set the pushrod length so there is a little free play at the pedal. Bleed the whole system afterwards. If you are still on four-wheel drums, plan a front disc conversion first, since the valve in this kit is set for disc/drum. Wikipedia covers how a vacuum brake booster works.
