Why replace headlight washer nozzles

Nozzles get knocked off in car washes and minor bumps, and the plastic jets crack or block with age. A missing nozzle leaves an open hole in the bumper and the washer system stops cleaning the lamps. On cars with xenon or LED headlights the washers help keep the light output up in bad weather, so it is worth fixing.

Check before you order

Peugeot fitted several washer nozzle designs. Compare the shape in the photos with your car and look for 6438C2 or 6438C3 on the old part or in your parts catalogue. Some nozzles come with a painted cover cap that is sold separately.
