Wheel Bearing & Hub Assemblies for the Enclave, Traverse, and Acadia
This is a pair of wheel bearing and hub assemblies built for the 2016-2017 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia, cross-referenced to OE numbers 513277, 22756832, and FWF112. If your vehicle has a grinding or humming noise that changes with speed, or a vibration you can feel through the floor, this assembly replaces the complete hub and bearing unit at the affected wheel position.
Why the Enclave, Traverse, and Acadia Share This Part
The Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia from this generation were all built on General Motors' Lambda platform, sharing a substantial amount of chassis, suspension, and drivetrain hardware underneath their different badges and trim. That shared platform is why a single wheel bearing hub assembly, cross-referenced to the same OE numbers, covers all three nameplates instead of requiring separate parts for each one.
Key Features
- Cross-referenced to OE numbers 513277, 22756832, and FWF112
- Complete hub and bearing assembly, ready to bolt on
- Pre-lubricated bearing to reduce friction, wear, and noise
- Sold as a pair for front and rear positions
Specifications
- OE numbers: 513277, 22756832, FWF112
- Position: Front and rear applications
- Package: 2 pieces
- Condition: New
Compatibility
Fits the 2016-2017 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia. Because these three-row SUVs were offered across multiple trims and both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations, it's worth confirming the OE numbers above against your specific vehicle before ordering, particularly if your Enclave, Traverse, or Acadia has had prior suspension or drivetrain work.
Signs Your Wheel Bearing Hub Needs Replacing
A failing wheel bearing hub on these SUVs typically shows up as a grinding or growling noise that gets louder as vehicle speed increases, a rhythmic humming that changes pitch when you turn the steering wheel slightly to one side, or a vibration felt through the floor or seat. Because the bearing is a sealed, continuously loaded component supporting the full weight of that corner of the vehicle, once it starts to wear, the noise and play tend to worsen steadily rather than improve, which is why most owners replace the hub once a bearing failure is confirmed. A quick way to check is to jack up the affected corner and rock the tire at the top and bottom by hand — noticeable play or a rough, grinding feel as it spins is a strong sign the bearing itself has failed.
Why Replace the Complete Hub Assembly
On these Lambda-platform SUVs, the wheel bearing is integrated into a hub unit that also carries the ABS wheel speed sensor, so replacing the complete assembly rather than pressing in a standalone bearing avoids specialized press equipment and ensures the ABS sensor continues to read correctly afterward. A direct-fit hub assembly also means the wheel studs and mounting bolt pattern match the factory unit exactly, without the fitment guesswork of mixing components from different sources.
Installation Notes
Replacing a wheel bearing hub assembly means removing the wheel, disconnecting the ABS sensor wiring, removing the brake caliper and rotor to access the hub, and unbolting the hub from the knuckle or subframe depending on position. Because these mounting bolts see significant torque and years of road exposure, penetrating oil ahead of time and a breaker bar are worth having on hand. Torquing the new hub and wheel hardware to factory spec afterward is important, since these are safety-critical fasteners supporting the vehicle's full weight at that corner.

I replaced both rear wheel hub bearings on the Malibu 2.4, and there is no noise now, which is great!
I purchased this in Korea in 2015 to replace the Impala hub bearing.
Delivery?..it's really fast.
The order will be shipped on the same day it is placed.
It will arrive in less than a week. Wow, that's surprising.
The packaging was double-layered and arrived without any damage.
It was carefully packed with cushioning material before shipping.
If the Impala develops a hub bearing problem (though it's better if it doesn't)
I think I'll order from here again.
Highly recommended!! The ones sold in Korea are also OEM...^^
Thank you, seller.
The hub bearing noise has stopped.
